Samsung has a new lineup of gadgets, and with the current pricing of gadgets against the current state of the economy, how is the brand keeping users interested, and ready to buy
We have increased our lineup on Bespoke REF, Bespoke Washing Machines and MWO, OLED and QLED 8K TVs together with our newly launched Samsung Z Fold and Z Flip phones which have features that stand out from other gadgets in the market right now.
We also have partnerships with key stakeholders like banks, saccos and developers who can help customers attain the gadgets at an affordable rate within a reasonable time frame.
How does this new range differentiate itself from previous models and competitors in the market?
We now have a range of devices that have an impressive improvement in design and aesthetics that match with the current market.
What technologies or innovations have been introduced in this range that weren’t present in the previous models?
We have introduced AI Energy Saving Mode which is friendly to the environment and also saves the consumer money. We also have the AI Ecobubble Technology, AI Wash & Dry and AI Energy Saving Mode in the new range of washing machines.
We have also introduced the SmartThingsApp that connects you to your devices wherever you are so you can monitor and control how your devices work thus managing energy usage. It also helps you save money through this process.
Why should a customer get a Samsung TV or fridge, if they can get something from a competitor at a better price with similar levels of guarantee of efficiency and long lasting ness?
In the long run, cheap is expensive. For instance, while we are competitively priced in the market, a Samsung Fridge or Washing Machine has a 20 year warranty on its Digital Inverter Technologies (DIT).
